Do you ship/handle furniture?
No. Our fulfillment center is setup to ship items from 1oz to 20 pounds. we do not handle large items such as sofas, desks and the like.
What is your shipping cut off times?
We ship out Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. In most cases. All orders up till then are picked, packed and shipped in real time.
I have a High Priority order can you help?
Yes we can. Unlike most 3PL’s you actually have direct access to people in the warehouse. This service isn’t there to be abused but if you have a rush order or high priority issue we are here to help.
What are your shipping rates?
We pass on the same savings rate we pay for our own eCommerce fulfillment. we do not add on extra shipping fees. Fees for shipping are dependent upon carrier, weight, distance and time frame for delivery.
What is your cost?
Cost is dependent upon many different factors. Amount of skus, how much storage space is needed, box sizes, dimensions and weight of product being picked. Our fees are very competitive and likely less than many others you have already called.
